Who am I?

Aboutimage2.jpg

2004

A blondish redhead. An Adelaidean in Tokyo. An office worker with a secret double-life. A hippy chick with class. A diarist going public - forgive me the obscure references. A techno-bimbo with lots of techie friends (thanks Gals!). On the train to Shibuya but seriously considering Brisbane. A sewer who doesn’t like sewing much (ah, but fabric, that’s another story!). Not fond of punctuation, not too fussed about spelling but addicted to exclamation marks and hanging sentences… there is always more that could be said…

2006

A post-grad mediation student with business interests. Living in Adelaide again but missing the Tokyo Gals. And the Tokyo Boy. Still living in the heart of the city and fooling myself im a country girl at heart. On my bike, riding around the old/new streets but wondering if - and how long - i will stay. Totally broke but still got the Tokyo style. Hanging with the family is more satisfying than i ever thought it could be. Not much going on really, still trying to get my head around being here now.

2008

A human services worker, employed again (thank god) and loving my work in the restorative justice field. Still living in the heart of Adelaide, mostly happy about it, mostly over the re-entry shock. Getting more and more into the bike and the camera, learning to be social again after a period of semi-hermit. Ready to start loving and fighting and traveling further afield. Quite unsure about where the path is leading, but very interested in finding out.

About this Website

This website exists by the grace of MJ and was initially hosted by Kristen and Tod, but more recently by er, someone else. Photos taken prior to Sept 2005 were taken on a Sony Cybershot 3.2, and after that more often with the Canon EOS Kiss N. I think/hope you can tell the difference. Best viewed with a browser that supports CSS. Created on a Mac G4.

Think global, act local. Be the change you want to see.
